Saints of Ingram

A bar, restaurant and events venue inside Hutchesons’ Hall, one of Glasgow’s most remarkable historic rooms.

EST. 1802   •   GLASGOW

A David Hamilton landmark, two centuries in the making.

Completed in 1802 to a design by the celebrated Glasgow architect David Hamilton, Hutchesons’ Hall has stood on Ingram Street for over two hundred years. It is one of the city’s finest Category A listed buildings, and today it is home to Saints of Ingram, in the heart of Glasgow’s Merchant City.

Behind its stone façade lies a building most people never fully see. Across three floors sit a restaurant and bar, a grand events hall, and an intimate room for tastings and masterclasses, each with its own character and purpose. We have let the architecture lead, and built everything else quietly around it.

This place is stunning! Housed in the old Hutchesons’ Hall, it’s easily one of the most beautiful dining rooms in Glasgow.

THREE FLOORS

Most people only ever see the ground floor.

Behind the stone façade, Saints of Ingram unfolds across three floors, each with its own character, light and purpose. A restaurant and bar at street level, a grand hall for weddings and events above, and an intimate room for whisky tastings and cocktail masterclasses at the top. A lift serves every floor.

GROUND FLOOR   •   RESTAURANT

Light by day, candlelit by night.

The ground floor changes character through the day. Bright and relaxed for weekend brunch beneath the tall windows, then candlelit from five for steak, seafood and cocktails. One room in the heart of the Merchant City, two distinct moods.

Steak, seafood and the long evening.

In the evening the room turns to the grill. Steak and fresh seafood at the centre of the menu, a cocktail list built for a slow night out, and a short, considered wine list to match. Dinner from five, Tuesday to Sunday, in one of Glasgow’s most beautiful dining rooms.

Weekend Brunch

Saturday and Sunday, the room fills with daylight for one of the Merchant City’s best-kept secrets. Proper brunch, unhurried, beneath the tall windows.

Steak & Seafood

The grill at the heart of the evening menu. Steak, fresh seafood and Scottish produce, served simply.

Cocktail Bar

A bar built for the long evening. Classics done properly and a rotating list of house creations.

FIRST FLOOR   •   EVENTS & PRIVATE HIRE

One hall.
Every occasion.

Up on the first floor, the building opens into its grand David Hamilton hall, a soaring room for hire in the heart of Glasgow, for up to 150 guests.

An occasion worthy of the architecture.

Whatever the occasion, the room does much of the work. From intimate dinners to full receptions, the hall is one of the Merchant City’s most striking event spaces. Our team takes care of everything else: catering built around your tastes, styling that suits the room, and the quiet choreography of a night that runs without a seam. Yours alone for the occasion.
